Noosa Hinterland Brewing Co. is an independent family-owned microbrewery located in Cooran. Escape the rush and head for the hinterland to relax with a cold craft beer brewed right here. We are a true microbrewery, with the brew-kit and fermenters on show just over the bar. Choose from a range of eight different beer styles that change regularly.
The brewery is in a heritage listed building, having operated as Alfredson’s joinery, pre-cut house workshop in its time. It makes a for a unique setting to savour a beer and a bite to eat. Light meals and share plates are available all day with a menu designed to match your beer of choice.
Because it’s an operating brewery, we are open to the public Thurs to Sun from 12. The other days are brew days. Find out more by following us on FB and Insta. We look forward to sharing a beer with you!

The brewery is in a heritage listed building that has historical significance to the area, having operated as Alfredson’s joinery, pre-cut house workshop and sawmill complex in its time. It makes a for a unique setting to enjoy a cold one.

The beer at Noosa Hinterland Brewing Co is handcrafted in small batches, you can see the brew kit and fermenters just over the bar, so it’s poured cold where it’s brewed. We have at least 6 beers on tap at any time, from our core range to a variety of seasonal and collaborative brews.
